The full terms in plain language

1. Acceptance. By using MiraiMind AI you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Nature of the service. MiraiMind AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional AI companions. It is not a dating service and not a service connecting you to real people.
4. Fictional characters. All companions, their names, biographies and imagery are invented. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
5. No professional advice. Nothing generated by MiraiMind AI constitutes medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
6. Emergencies. MiraiMind AI cannot help in a crisis. If you are in danger or distress, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. Account responsibility. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
8. Accurate information. Information you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
9. One person per account. Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer access to another person.
10. Acceptable use. You agree not to use MiraiMind AI for unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive or harmful purposes.
11. Prohibited content. You must not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, threats, hate speech or illegal activity.
12. No impersonation. Do not use the service to impersonate a real person or to create material intended to mislead others about a real person.
13. No scraping. Automated harvesting, scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of the service is not permitted without written consent.
14. No reverse engineering. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or derive the underlying systems of MiraiMind AI.
15. Security testing. Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior authorisation.
16. Service availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages can occur.
17. Changes to features. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.
18. Generated output. Companion replies are produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Use judgement.
19. Your content licence. You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service.
20. Our intellectual property. The MiraiMind AI name, design, text, imagery and software are protected and may not be reused without permission.
21. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used without obligation or compensation.
22. Third-party services. Links and integrations are governed by their own terms, which you should read separately.
23. Paid features. Where paid features exist, prices, billing cycles and renewal conditions are shown before purchase.
24. Refunds. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms presented at purchase and by applicable consumer law.
25. Cancellation. You may stop using MiraiMind AI at any time and close your account through the available controls.
26. Suspension. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where activity threatens the service or other users.
27. Effect of termination. On termination your right to use the service ends and associated data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
28. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
29. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiraiMind AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
30. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify MiraiMind AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
31. Privacy. Your use of MiraiMind AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
32. Local compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live.
33. Notices. Operational notices may be delivered by email or displayed within the service.
34. Assignment. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the business. You may not assign them.
35. Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
36. Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MiraiMind AI.
37. Changes to terms. We may revise these terms and will update the revision date. Continued use means acceptance of the revised version.
